Austin’s Ices Helps BT Go For Gold

Over the last few years demand for our corporate services has been growing and is now one of our most popular requests. We were therefore delighted to receive a phone call from Piccadilly whip in London. They wanted us to join their nationwide Going for Gold event on 22nd August, which involved branches competing in a number of runs. BT is one of the world’s leading communications companies and serves customers in 180 countries worldwide. We were more than happy to oblige.

The morning of 22nd was a little dull and drizzly but, as we were to find out, this did not dampen spirits. Our first port of call was the Liverpool event. We arrived promptly at 11:00am to serve branch staff. Our vans and staff were looking very dapper. BT had provided us with branded t-shirts to wear for the event and napkins to serve with the ices. As always, employees were delighted to see us and were ready for some much needed ice cream refreshments. We never tire of serving happy customers and always find that their excitement is infectious.

After a couple of hours we made our way to the Warrington event and did the whole thing all over again. A big thank you to BT for inviting us to be part of their events!
