Love Is In The Air

Love was in the air at Holford Hall Estate on 30th July. It was a busy day for Austin’s Ices. After leaving the Speedway World Cup event in Belle Vue, we made our way to a special wedding celebration, as requested by the lovely Kristin of Mr and Mrs W.

Holford Hall is a privately owned estate located in Plumley, Cheshire and is surrounding by 130 acres of stunning countryside.

We made our way down the tree lined avenue and arrived at Holford Barn, which is where the wedding took place. The Barn is an 18th century building that has been lovingly restored with a beautiful backdrop of fields and gardens. A temporary marquee had also been set up for the day.

Guests were alerted to our presence as our pristine van swept into view, decorated with bows and ribbons and playing ‘Here Comes The Bride’. The happy couple jumped on board to serve their guests. And they served up a storm! We provided ice creams, lollies, tubs and other iced treats. They were all gratefully received.
