I emailed about 10 suppliers and picked Austin purely on his reply, he truly understands engaging employees and how the little things can make a big difference. He started serving on the day, was flexible to our needs and everyone loved him! He even let some of our big bosses and myself jump in the van and serve some ice creams which our employees thought was hilarious and we quite enjoyed too! We will be in contact with him again soon for other events as he has an array of services and will be doing the same again next summer! Thanks Austin!

I Hired Austin for my daughters birthday party, everyone loved it and she got the chance to step inside the ice cream van and make her own ice cream. Mason regularly gets ice-cream from Austin after school and loves it! We thought it would be a great idea if he could make an appearance at Mason's 4th Birthday Party. We booked Austin for an outside Summer networking event at our workplace, it with ice cream galore, we sold about 200 or more and at a reasonable price. We also got to serve some of the ice creams ourselves, which was fab. He was so good, we hired him again for a BBQ event 2 months later and he didn't disappoint. Austin is friendly, reliable, keeps in contact and has excellent customer service, I would highly recommend. I'm sure we will be booking again, when the weather improves :)
